The Wear Bag is a LexCorp product first seen worn by Steve that protects against collateral damage from superhero battles. The Wear Bag is a suit that inflates to protect the wearer.It can be used to protect citizens from projectiles, falling debris, and direct blows. The suit is only good for one use. The Wayne Security R&D department acquired a Wear Bag and attempted to figure out how it worked so that they could create a cheap knockoff.
